This rare stand, Chiodo-Peirano manufacture, with bluish ground, mould-made, shows a shaped gadrooned rim with a double row of piercing to the rim and well.
Baroque decoration covers the entire surface, centred by an animated landscape with two young women accompanied by putti. The broad landscape appears strongly stylised, with grassy tufts, buildings and mountains in the distance. The reverse with stylised vegetal sprays.
Two comparable examples are held by the Civic Collections of Genoa.
