Decorative set of four landscapes with figures, consistent hand and palette, traceable to the Piedmontese school of the 18th century. The scenes alternate lakeside and valley views with small staffage figures—shepherds and livestock—set among framing trees and distant mountain ranges, following the Arcadian taste of the period. Conceived as a coordinated group, suitable as two pairs of pendants or as a complete wall ensemble.

A fine matching set of early carved and gilt-wood frames accompanies the paintings, coherent throughout and of excellent effect.
