The sculptural group is adorned with glass paste applications and a radiating halo with silver stars enhancing the luminosity of the composition. Virgin’s hands crossed on her chest in a gesture of humble devotion and, according with traditional Marian iconography, She stands on a base of clouds animated by cherubs, the crescent moon and the serpent.
