Topped with a green Breccia delle Alpi marble, this rare transitional piece between Louis XV and Louis XVI styles features palisander veneer, boxwood inlays, and fine gilt-bronze mounts with rams’ head motifs of exceptional quality. A  top in Breccia di Aleppo marble is also noted.
