A Louis XVI kingwood, rosewood, and sycamore veneered work table, Genoa, last quarter of the 18th century
Details

Veneered in kingwood with rosewood banding and sycamore crossbanding, decorated with pyrographed garlands and a small landscape panel. The hinged top reveals two compartments; a pull-out writing surface and a small drawer in the apron.
